Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

A rich and creamy chicken noodle soup made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and thyme; bring to a boil.
  4. Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in the chicken ham and heavy cream; heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • If you want a thicker soup, add more heavy cream.
