  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberries and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine the dry mixture with the cranberry mixture.
  5. Add vanilla extract and orange juice, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
