  • 8 slider buns
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham until lightly browned.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a slice of turkey bacon, chicken ham, and scrambled eggs on each slider bun, topped with cheese.
  6. Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm.
