- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a small bowl, combine gelatin and water. Let sit for 5 minutes until softened.
- In a saucepan, combine brewed coffee and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
