Coffee Mousse Recipe

A rich and creamy coffee mousse that satisfies every coffee lover’s sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine gelatin and water. Let sit for 5 minutes until softened.
  2. In a saucepan, combine brewed coffee and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat, add softened gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream.
  6. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  7. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
