- 1 pound chorizo sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
