- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to skillet.
- Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
