  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, sour cream, cheese, enchilada sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  4. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with more cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
