- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice, layer the chicken, avocado, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the grill, slice in half, and serve warm.
