Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped cherries.
  7. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let cool on wire racks.

Notes
