Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Deliciously rich and creamy cheesy scalloped potatoes loaded with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, salt, and pepper until warm.
  4. Pour the warm cream over the layered potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham on top of the potatoes.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and dot with butter.
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
