Caprese Pasta

A delicious and refreshing pasta dish combining the classic flavors of Caprese salad.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
