  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by boiling it in water until the leaves are soft.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked rice, ground chicken, seasonings, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  3. Place a portion of the filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
  4. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, and cover with tomato sauce.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
