- 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
- In a large bowl, mix the butternut squash, cooked turkey bacon, sautéed onion, cheese, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
