  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  5. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Make small wells in the toppings and crack an egg into each well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
