Breakfast Fried Rice

A delicious and easy breakfast fried rice recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add vegetable oil to the skillet and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cooked rice, mixing well.
  4. Add the chopped turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, soy sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic or ginger while cooking rice.
  • Use leftover rice for best texture.
