  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, egg, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
