  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows over the dough layer.
  9. Top with the remaining cookie dough, spreading it gently over the marshmallows.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
