- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add maple syrup and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Press half of this mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
