Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, toss the berries with lemon juice and vanilla extract, then pour over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the berries.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
