Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Transfer the dough and spread it out to fit the pan.
  6. Create dimples in the dough with your fingers and drizzle with more olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
