  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 banana, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Fold in whipped topping gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
