  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats, baking soda, and cinnamon until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool, then cut into bars.
