- 8 ounces asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup burrata cheese, torn
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
