Apple Pie Spring Rolls

A delicious twist on the classic apple pie, these spring rolls are an easy dessert that combines the flavors of apples and cinnamon with a crispy wrapper.

  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced apples, cinnamon, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  2. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a small amount of the apple mixture onto the wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with caramel sauce for dipping.
